Event Registration

Upon arrival, please ensure you collect your conference satchel and name badge at the registration desk. Delegates must wear their lanyard at all times during the conference.

The Conference registration desk will be located in the Foyer G, Ground Floor of the Adelaide Convention Centre and will be open from the following times: 

Monday 4 June: 3:30pm - 6:00pm

Tuesday 5 June: 7:00am - 5:30pm

Wednesday 6 June: 7:30am - 5:00pm 

Thursday 7 June: 8:00am – 1:30pm 

 

Payment
Please note full payment is required before the Conference starts on Tuesday 6 June 2018. If you have an outstanding payment at the Conference you will be required to complete the payment before attending the Conference unless otherwise agreed with PHAA prior to the Conference.

Breaks
Morning/Afternoon Tea and Lunch will be served in Hall G, Ground Floor.

 

Dietary Requirements: The venue has been notified of any dietary requirements delegates have provided PHAA during the online registration process. If you have a dietary requirement and have not yet notified PHAA, please email events@phaa.net.au as soon as possible to ensure provisions can be made.

Welcome Reception
Date: Tuesday 5 June 2018
Time: 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Location: Hall G, Ground Floor, Adelaide Convention Centre
Entry: Ticket required or 3 day lanyard

The Welcome Reception provides an opportunity for delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors to informally network in a relaxed environment.


Conference Dinner
Date: Wednesday 6 June2018
Time: 7:00pm – 11:00pm

Location: Panorama Ballroom, Level 1, Adelaide Convention Centre
Entry: Ticket required

The Conference Dinner will have the presentation of the GSK Immunisation Grants for 2018 followed by dinner and dancing.

Speakers Preparation Room
If you are presenting an oral presentation and need to upload your PowerPoint slides, please proceed to the Speakers Preparation Area located in the Skyway Room 1, Level 1, Adelaide Convention Centre.
